Available COVID-19 Immunizations

The CDC recommends that everyone aged 6 months and older receive at least one dose of an updated COVID-19 vaccine. Please note that COVID-19 vaccine recommendations will be updated as needed. For the most up-to-date information, visit the CDC's Staying Up to Date with COVID-19 Vaccines page.

  • Children aged 6 months–4 years: May need multiple doses to be up to date, including at least one dose of an updated COVID-19 vaccine.

  • Everyone aged 5 years and older: Should get one dose of an updated COVID-19 vaccine to protect against serious illness from COVID-19.

  • Moderately or severely immunocompromised individuals: May receive additional doses of the updated COVID-19 vaccine.

  • People aged 65 years and older: Should receive an additional dose of an updated COVID-19 vaccine at least 4 months after their previous dose if they’ve already received one dose of any updated COVID-19 vaccine (Pfizer-BioNTech, Moderna, or Novavax).

    **HCHD only carries Moderna COVID-19 vaccines at this time.
